This category holds the frozen chicken cuts we keep in stock for wholesale buyers: breast and boneless skinless breast fillet, tenderloin (inner fillet), leg, thigh and boneless thigh meat, drumsticks, wings and wing drumettes, leg quarters, whole chicken, chicken for grilling and small tabaka chickens, whole backs and lower backs. Offal sits alongside them — liver, hearts, gizzards — together with minced chicken, including MDM for processors. Most of the range is Qualiko, the brand of the producer MHP for which carne.md is the official distributor in Moldova; next to it you will find Seara and KIPCO-DAMACO lines.

Pack sizes cover different scales of work: 0.900 kg and 1 kg bags for the counter and smaller kitchens, cases of 10.8 kg (0.900 × 12), 12 kg (6 × 2 kg), 14 kg, 15.6 kg and 16 kg for volume. That is roughly who buys here too: butcher shops and grocery stores, shawarma and pizza kitchens, canteens and caterers, sausage workshops, restaurants and hotels.

Three things decide the choice. Meat-to-bone ratio: breast and fillets give the highest yield when you portion, leg and thigh sit between flavour and price, backs and quarters remain the raw material for stock and oven trays at the lowest price per kilogram. Freezing method: dry-frozen (IQF) pieces stay separate, so you take out exactly what you need, while a block-frozen monolith thaws as one piece and suits kitchens that cook in large batches. Packaging: a large case lowers the price per kilogram, and the bags inside it let you thaw in stages. Everything is stored at −18 °C.
