Description
Frozen Qualiko chickens for tabaka, small carcasses of 0.7–1.5 kg. The small calibre traditional for the Caucasian pressed-chicken recipe.
Why small carcasses?
Chicken tabaka calls for a small, flattened bird that cooks quickly over coals or in a weighted pan — a large carcass simply won’t fit. One bird per serving is what makes it popular in speciality restaurants.
Store at −18 °C. Halal product from MHP, sold by the case.
