We supply two groups of chilled meat: Qualiko chicken and pork. It is fresh meat that has never been frozen, so it goes to work on the day of delivery. Wholesale only — by the case, from 70 kg.

Advantages:

Pork: cuts on and off the bone, half carcass, mince, goulash and offal.
No thawing needed — cook it straight away and use it by the date on the pack.

This part of the catalogue covers the meat we ship chilled, in two groups: chicken, which comes entirely from MHP/Qualiko, and pork, broken down into cuts.

On the chicken side, the format shops ask for most is the 0.900 kg retail tray: wings, drumsticks, thighs, tenderloin (inner fillet) and wing drumettes arrive in 7.2 kg cases, eight trays ready to go straight onto the shelf. Kitchens tend to take the whole chicken at 1.1 kg, the larger bird at 2.0–2.3 kg, broiler chicken in 13 kg cases (ten birds of 1.300 kg), and boneless skinless leg meat in 900 g packs. Liver and hearts are packed at 700 g.

Pork is sold by the cut: collar, entrecôte bone-in and boneless, belly bone-in or boneless with the rind on, leg, boneless leg and back, tenderloin, knuckle, meat for patties, mince and goulash cut. Offal sits here too — liver, heart, tongue, lungs, caul fat — along with the half-carcass, standard or defatted, for buyers who break it down themselves.

Butcher shops and grocery stores usually take the retail trays. Shawarma and pizza kitchens work with tenderloin, boneless leg meat and fillet. Canteens, sausage makers and HoReCa kitchens go for the half-carcass, mince and the larger cuts, where price per kilo matters more than packaging.

When comparing, look at the meat-to-bone ratio and the yield after trimming: bone-in entrecôte costs less per kilo than boneless but leaves you with less usable meat. Being chilled, none of it needs thawing — it goes straight into production.

The minimum order is 70 kg and everything is sold by the case; case weight depends on the product (7.2 kg for chicken in 0.900 kg trays). Delivery in Chișinău is 100 lei and free above 150 kg, normally within 24–48 hours in the city.
