Yes — we deliver outside Chisinau, across the whole of Moldova. If you run or supply a food-service or retail business anywhere in the country, your order starts at the warehouse on str. Valea Bicului 9, Chisinau, and from there trucks run north, south, and into Gagauzia. What we will not do is promise you a fixed day and hour for your address in an article. The route, the lead time and the price are confirmed when you place the order, by phone.
How often do you reach my district
The honest answer: we do not publish a single schedule that covers every town. Frequency depends on the route, the size of the order and the season. It is confirmed at the time of order, not on the website.
If you need repeat deliveries — the same weekday, every week — say so in the first conversation. That arrangement is made for your specific case, with our sales desk. We treat it as a commitment for that reason, rather than as a line on a page.
A supplier who promises “three times a week, anywhere in the country” before knowing what you order and how much is promising something outside his control. We would rather confirm the lead time once, on the phone, and hold to it.
The north: Balti, Edinet and the surrounding districts
The further you are from the capital, the easier frozen product is to plan — and the harder chilled becomes. Chilled needs a short window between delivery and use. Frozen gives you room between two deliveries — provided you have the storage for it.
So a customer in the north usually builds volume from the frozen range: chicken, pork, beef or turkey, in a single truck run. Chilled is still an option, but then the conversation about day and time window becomes much stricter, and your cold storage has to be ready before the truck arrives.
The south and Gagauzia: Comrat, Ceadir-Lunga, Cahul
The same logic applies in the south, with one difference: a lot of businesses there trade seasonally, with peaks at weekends and holidays. On those days the constraint is not how often the truck comes — it is what you already hold on the busiest day. A full freezer before the weekend does more for you than an extra delivery run.
A shop in Cahul has a different problem from a kitchen. It needs formats that go straight onto the shelf. The catalogue has lines for that: “Whole chicken Qualiko, chilled, 1.1 kg” and “Chicken fillet Qualiko, chilled, retail”, then semi-finished products in 1 kg and 500 g packs. From our own dinProvincie brand there are Mititei and Sausages, plus Homestyle meatballs. The minimum volume is normally reached by combining categories, not by taking one line.
A shawarma shop or a kitchen in a district town
If you order rarely, you have to order precisely. Far from Chisinau, every delivery has to cover several working days, and you feel one forgotten line immediately. For shawarma the usual lines, exactly as the catalogue names them, are “Shawarma chicken Qualiko, frozen, 10 kg”, “Chicken thigh fillet Qualiko (boneless, skinless), 10 kg — frozen” and “Chicken breast Qualiko, frozen”.
Fixed-weight boxes are easy to count, and at a distance that matters: you plan consumption in boxes, not from memory.
The 70 kg minimum: how to check that you reach it
The minimum order is 70 kg. If you are not sure you get there, work it out like this:
- Daily usage. Weigh what you go through on a normal day, not on a peak day.
- Days between deliveries. Multiply daily usage by the number of days you want to cover.
- Round to the box. Many lines come in fixed 10, 14 or 20 kg formats, and the order will sit on those anyway.
- Add the categories together. Chicken, pork and semi-finished products go into the same order. Whether your 70 kg can be built that way is confirmed with our sales desk — it depends on the lines.
If the result stays under the threshold, give us your figure on the phone and ask what is possible. A two-minute call beats a rejected request after you have built the whole list.
What is confirmed by phone before the truck leaves
- Price. We publish no prices: listings read “Price on request” or “Check stock with our operator”. The price is confirmed on request, for your order.
- Actual stock on the date of the order, line by line.
- Lead time and delivery method to your address — confirmed at the time of order.
- Goods-in. Who takes delivery and in what window, so the cold chain does not break in the last ten metres.
There is no online payment here: the site is a catalogue, not a checkout. We do not process payments on the site — orders are placed through the form, by phone, or on WhatsApp.
