Description
Chilled Qualiko chicken wings in 0.900 kg retail trays — 8 trays per case (7.2 kg). Broiler chicken from the producer MHP, raised on natural grain feed, GMO-free.
Who is it for?
The tray format is designed for shop chains and grocery stores selling off the shelf, but it works just as well in HoReCa kitchens that cook with fresh rather than frozen product. Chilled wings go straight into cooking, no defrosting needed — grilled, oven-baked or fried.
