Description
Qualiko frozen chicken gizzards. MHP broiler offal, cleaned and processed in a vertically integrated chain with quality control at every stage.
What do you cook with gizzards?
Stews, pilaf and the classic pan-fried gizzards with onions — dense meat with a pronounced flavour at offal prices. Simmered properly, they turn tender and reheat very well, which makes them a good fit for canteens.
Store at −18 °C. Halal product, sold by the case.
