Halal, BRCGS, GMP, GLOBAL S.L.P. — logos you see on Qualiko packaging and on carne.md. In part four of our series, we explain what each one guarantees, in plain language. Qualiko answers.
BRCGS Food Safety is one of the strictest global food-safety standards: it guarantees standardised quality, safety and operating procedures in every plant — independently audited, year after year.
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) attests to good production practices: hygiene, traceability, control on every batch. GLOBAL S.L.P. covers the entire cycle — including bird welfare, biosecurity and environmental protection.
Halal means slaughter in accordance with Islamic Law, under the permanent control of the HALAL Certification and Research Centre — and compliance with these standards prevents any possible contamination, a guarantee every customer benefits from, whatever their religion.
We are not asking you to take our word for it: all of the producer’s certificates are published at full resolution on carne.md, in the certifications section — you can open and check them at any time.
The conclusion of part four: a logo on the packaging is a promise; a public, verifiable certificate is proof. Carne.md. Qualiko. Meat delivery in Chișinău.
